Tesamorelin is a prescription growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that stimulates the pituitary gland to produce endogenous growth hormone. Specifically to reduce excess visceral (abdominal) fat in patients.

How It Works

Unlike exogenous growth hormone, which can cause sudden spikes and negative feedback, tesamorelin mimics your body's natural pulsatile release of GHRH. It primarily targets visceral adipose tissue (VAT)—the dangerous fat stored around internal organs—rather than subcutaneous fat.
